Around 300 dolphins were caught on camera as they travelled at rapid speeds near Dana Point in southern California.

Also known as porpoising, the dolphins leap so fast they spend more time in the air than in the water.

  1. Amazing, and there just happens to be a boat chasing the dolphins, 0:54 and at least one other boat to one side, capturing the footage. I wonder what caused the dolphins to stampede?
