More than 5 million early ballots have already been cast in the 2020 general election, according to the U.S. Elections Project. CBS News director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto spoke to CBSN’s “Red & Blue” host Elaine Quijano about how his team is preparing for a potentially drawn-out vote count.
