A judge has delayed the extradition of 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse until September 25. Rittenhouse is charged in connection with the shooting that killed two people and critically injured another during protests of the police shooting of Jacob Blake. NBC News’ Shaquille Brewster reports.
