  1. The only way I see an immediate solution is to sanction hard policy quarantine of all travellers returning, hotels will be used to police this to accommodate geographical locations of customers. This will in the short, will help save the aviation and hotel industry. People can work remotely from hotels according to their careers. The rest needs to be simulated for customers of different industries that do not have the ability to work remotely. (2 birds, 1 stone)

    Airports struggling still should consider contracting out to logistical services and other means monetary gains.

    Those people that cannot be accommodated will need to comply with surveillance via phone apps and webcams to ensure people remain in their homes for 14 days. This will generate delivery business for home help delivery food and essentials.
