A leading scientist has warned that the UK is “on the edge of losing control” of coronavirus, as the number of infections rise.

Professor Sir Mark Walport, a member of the government’s SAGE advisory committee, said people need to limit their socialising to ensure children can remain at school, and students at university.

It came as around 3,500 new coronavirus cases were recorded in the UK, for the second day running.

  1. Would that scientist be payed by the pharmaceutical companies I wonder.
Look at his eyes for F sake, he is not a good person for sure.
Haven’t we only had only like 10 deaths in a month and that’s all people that were dying anyway.
