“As far as acknowledging that the election is over — I do not do that.”

At a COVID-19 news conference on Wednesday, WV Gov. Jim Justice said that he will not acknowledge Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 presidential election until all ballots are counted.

  1. Are the journalists and the copywriters at The Hill a bunch of idiots? They use a headline with with their little trigger words and phases in all caps as an attempt to introduce outrage. EVERYTHING the governor said is ABSOLUTELY correct:) The election results haven’t been certified–until they are calling the win for one candidate over another would be presumptuous. As much as the MSM would love to have total control over our election processes, we’re just not there yet………

  2. Not sure where the ‘refusing’ comes in. Every word he said was appropriate, including stressing that he will back President Biden when the time comes. I was actually surprised at his lucid and unbiased reply.
