Unprecedented wildfires have been burning along the Arctic Circle for months, releasing record amounts of greenhouse gases.
Scientists say the fires, fuelled by abnormally high temperatures, are contributing to global warming.

We’ve been warned for decades that this was coming and here we are. What’s particularly frightening is the thawing of the permafrost and the feedback loop of global warming it will accelerate moving forward. We need to cut the birthrate in 1/2 and stop using fossil fuel as our primary energy source or we, as a species, will decline quickly and painfully. Politicians and business leaders must hear from us now and for years to come.
